Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is considered as the emerging component for Industry 4.0, and the state-of-the art and standard CPS architecture playing the major role to understand the nature of the industrial landscape. The key problem with traditional CPS architectures is that they are not up-to-mark and convincing to fulfill the needs of smart industries and merely considering vertical and horizontal integration with three components (i.e., human, cyber and physical components) integration, but lacking to adopt, discuss and highlight the key interfacing elements which are very vital for Industry 4.0. So, to remedy these problems and bridging the gap this paper proposes to enhance the 3C CPS architecture based on the traditional 3C one for industry4.0 by adopting the main interfacing elements such as connectors, protocols, and sub elements, for example, human, cyber and physical parts. Hence, it can be said that the proposed enhanced 3C CPS architecture is playing a significant role and will be considered as a guideline and application for future smart manufacturing CPS systems and industries.

Este artículo presenta una metodología de enseñanza aplicando enfoques de aprender-haciendo y servicioaprendizaje basada en la caracterización y mejoramiento de procesos logísticos para la formación logística de administradores de empresas. Esto con el objeto de responder a las necesidades reales de las empresas, y permitiendo la apropiación de conocimientos y competencias brindadas en cursos universitarios de pregrado. Luego de su implementación, se determina a través de encuestas a estudiantes que la metodología propuesta es pertinente y coherente para su uso en el ejercicio profesional. Se observa que la metodología desarrolla competencias para solucionar problemas reales en empresas, e igualmente afianza y pone en práctica los conocimientos aprendidos en gestión logística y otras asignaturas de administración de empresas.

Предмет исследования. Предложена образовательная платформа, созданная на базе автоматизированного производства в концепции Индустрия 4.0. Описан процесс взаимодействия компонентов автоматизированного участка. Представлено описание процесса внедрения новых компонентов в стандартизированную архитектурную модель. Метод. При создании автоматизированного участка производства используется современная сервисориентированная архитектурная модель, описывающая процесс производства как со стороны жизненного цикла, так и на различных уровнях иерархии, а также уровнях взаимодействия компонентов данного производства. Основой созданного участка является одноплатный компьютер Raspberry Pi, на котором запускается сервер обмена данными между базой данных и гравировальным участком. Основные результаты. В работе была спроектирована модель для следующего этапа дополнения производства с помощью комплекса 3D-принтеров. Также были определены интерфейсы взаимодействия между компонентами автоматизированного участка. Практическая значимость. Созданный участок производства позволяет ознакомиться с основой концепции Индустрия 4.0. Разработанная модель будет реализована для обучения студентов работе с современной промышленной автоматизацией. Кроме того, архитектура созданного участка предоставляет возможность отрабатывать новые программы по автоматизации, внедрять дополнительные компоненты производства, а также исследовать их взаимодействие с существующими.
