“…In this case, the number of droplets surely exceeds by several orders of magnitude the number of heterogeneous nuclei in bulk cPA 6 . A simple calculation [33] based on the particle size and the TEM micrographs shown in Figure 1 indicate an approximate particle density of the order of 10 14 -10 15 droplets Á cm À3 , while the number density of heterogeneities in commercial nylons is on the order of 10 11 -10 12 heterogeneities Á cm À3 .
