Very modest increases in prevalence were found in some studies (Agrawal et al, 2014;Bartoli et al, 2014;Kelly et al, 2014) and no increases of a meaningful magnitude in yet other studies (Bartoli et al, 2014;Boscarino et al, 2011;Gilder et al, 2014;Hasin et al, 2013;Mewton et al, 2013;Proctor et al, 2012).
