Abstract:Background
Implant choice for the fixation of femoral neck fracture is one of the most important management controversies. The goal of the current study is to compare the short-term outcomes of the femoral neck system (FNS) with multiple cancellous screws (MCS) and dynamic hip screws (DHS) in the treatment of young femoral neck fractures.
