Comparison of whole-tissue maceration and sap extraction for isolation of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus

Abstract: Candidatus Liberibacter spp.' are fastidious alphaproteobacteria associated with Huanglongbing (HLB), a highly destructive disease for citrus production around the world.
