Comparison of volume-controlled and pressure-controlled ventilation in the Trendelenburg position for gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract: Background: Minimal invasive gynecologic surgery usually requires pneumoperitoneum and Trendelenburg positioning, which results in adverse effects on respiratory and hemodynamic parameters.
