Comparison of the Strength of Biodegradation of Pyrene between Symbiont Bacteria of Marine Sponges and Bacteria Isolated from Seawater

Abstract: PAHs contaminants have toxic, carcinogenic, and even mutagenic properties. Screening bacteria from different sources capable of carrying out the biodegradation of PAHs is important for mapping and mobilization purposes and applying them to polluted hydrocarbon environments.
