Comparison of the postoperative analgesic effects of intrathecal Clonidine and Fentanyl as adjuvant: Mata Analysis of randomized control trials

Abstract: Background: Intrathecal clonidine and fentanyl added to bupivacaine prolongs the postoperative analgesic effects for below umbilicus surgery.
