Comparison of the Invasive and Noninvasive Measurements in Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract: A comparison was made between invasive and noninvasive indices of left ventricular function in patients with and without coronary artery disease. In patients with three vessel disease, dp/dt max was lower and Δ PEP longer than in normal individuals. In patients with left ventricular dyskinesia, dp/dt max and cardiac index were significantly lower and ΔPEP was longer than in patients with normal left ventriculograms.
