Comparison of the efficacy of tramadol and Dexmedetomidine with newer local anaesthetic drug ropivacaine through caudal epidural route

Abstract: Background: Caudal analgesia is a form of caudal epidural block commonly used technique for surgical anaesthesia in children and chronic pain management in adults.
