Comparison of the Effects of Lignocaine, Lignocaine Plus Paracetamol, Lignocaine Plus Tramadol in Intravenous Regional Anesthesia

Abstract: INTRODUCTION:Intravenous regional anesthesia is simple, effective technique for upper limb orthopedic surgeries however adjuncts are required to improve its efficacy.
