Comparison of the Analgesic Activity of Antiparkinsonian Aminoadamantane Derivatives Amantadine and Hemantane

Abstract: The efficacy of some aminoadamantane derivatives used as neurodegeneration treatments is due to their ability to block NMDA receptors. But this mechanism of pharmacological action can also produce analgesic activity.
