Abstract: The literature is scarce on the intermaxillary elastics impacts on soft tissue during the treatment of Class II malocclusion The purpose of the present study was to compare the soft tissue changes after the treatment of Class II malocclusion using intermaxillary elastics with and without the premolars extraction.
