Comparison of Serum Immunoglobulin Free Light Chains Assay and Serum Immunofixation Electrophoresis in Patient Transplanted for Multiple Myeloma

Abstract: Introduction: Serum immunofixation electrophoresis (sIFE) and serum free light chains (sFLC) immunoassays are fundamental for serum monoclonal protein diagnosis and monitoring.
