Comparison of serodiagnosis methods for community-acquired Mycoplasma pneumoniae respiratory tract infections in children

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA), passive particle agglutination (PPA), and indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) in detecting Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
