Abstract:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is caused by interaction of Epstein-Barr virus chronic infection, environtment, and genetic factors. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infect nasopharyngeal ephitelial cell in latent period. This infection will cause mutation and further causing malignancy.
