Comparison of phenylalanine tolerance in singleton and twin pregnancies in patients with phenylketonuria

Abstract: Objectives Empirical determination of phenylalanine (Phe) tolerance in patients with phenylketonuria (PKU) relies on frequent assessment of blood Phe concentrations in relation to Phe intake from detailed meal records.
