Abstract: ObjectiveThe objective of this study was to analyze advantages and disadvantages of mucus and serum for biomarker analysis.MethodsThis study includes prospective study of 61 CRS with nasal polyps patients who were followed over 24 months and over nine time points after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
