Abstract:Background: Pilates is form of exercise which mainly focuses on muscle strengthening and have a significant effect on mindfulness and aerobic exercises are used in weight training and weight loss. Previous research results suggested that Pilates are used as rehabilitation tool and aerobic exercises used to reduce social anxiety.
