Comparison of low frequency hysteresis current control power inverters with accurate selection of applied vectors - two and three level comparators

Abstract: Two feedback current controllers for three-phase pulse width modulated power inverters with accurate selection of applied voltage vectors are compared. The voltage vectors applied to the load are accurately selected, due to the use of two three level comparators or four two level comparators. Simulation and experimental results are presented to support the comparison between both strategies.
