Abstract:Polymer electrolytes and ionic liquids (ILs) have attracted significant interest in applications as gate dielectrics. In this study, we fabricated top-gated molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) thin-film transistors using IL and ion-gel (IG) gate dielectrics.
