Route optimization has become an increasing problem in the transportation and logistics sector within the development of smart cities. This article aims to demonstrate the implementation of a genetic algorithm adapted to a Vehicle Route Problem (VRP) in a company based in the city of Covilhã (Portugal). Basing the entire approach to this problem on the characteristic assumptions of the Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem (m-TSP) approach, an optimization of the daily routes for the workers assigned to distribution, divided into three zones: North, South and Central, was performed. A critical approach to the returned routes based on the adaptation to the geography of the Zones was performed. From a comparison with the data provided by the company, it is predicted by the application of a genetic algorithm to the m-TSP, that there will be a reduction of 618 km per week of the total distance traveled. This result has a huge impact in several forms: clients are visited in time, promoting provider-client relations; reduction of the fixed costs with fuel; promotion of environmental sustainability by the reduction of logistic routes. All these improvements and optimizations can be thought of as contributions to foster smart cities.

Abstrak-Kanker payudara adalah penyakit non kulit yang berasal dari sel kelenjar, saluran kelenjar, dan jaringan penunjang payudara. Paper ini menggunakan metode K Nearest Neighbor untuk mengklasifikasi dataset. K-Nearest Neighbor adalah metode untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap objek berdasarkan data pembelajaran yang jaraknya paling dekat dengan objek tersebut. Penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan metode knn pada dataset pasien pengidap penyakit kanker payudara, k yg diterapkan adalah k=3 hingga k=5 serta menerapkan crossvalidation dengan kfold=5, setelah dilakukan pengujian maka dengan metode KNN diperoleh hasil tertinggi untuk Akurasi dengan nilai 0,93 pada 20% keempat (K3), 20% Pertama(K4) dan 20% pertama(K5), untuk Presisi dengan nilai 0,97 pada 20% keempat(K3), untuk Recall dengan nilai 0,98 pada 20% ketiga (K3) dan F-measure dengan nilai 0,94 pada 20% keempat(K3) dan 20% ketiga(K5).

Toko Baru merupakan suatu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang mengembangkan bisnis dibidang minimarket. Toko Baru selama ini hanya dijalankan pribadi oleh pemiliknya, pemasaran pun dilakukan secara sendiri dan manual. Oleh karena itu salah satu upaya untuk mempermudah penjualan pada toko Baru adalah membuat suatu sistem yang digunakan untuk memenuhi persaingan dalam mengimplemasikan metode Market Basket Analysis (MBA). Market Basket Analysis (MBA) merupakan salah satu metode atau teknik yang dapat digunakan dan dimanfaatkan untuk lingkungan marketing. Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan produk-produk manakah yang akan dibeli konsumen secara bersamaan dengan analisa terhadap daftar transaksi pelanggan yang dilihat pada support dan confident setiap barang.Hasil dari proses pencarian dengan software membuktikan bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antar item sangat penting dan kuat, karena ada pembelian satu item terkait pada item lainnya.
