Comparison of Ferroelectric and Insulating Properties of Mn-Doped BiFeO3 Films Formed on Pt, SrRuO3/Pt, and LaNiO3/Pt Bottom Electrodes by Radio-Frequency Sputtering
Abstract:A microelectronic structure is described for the measurement of the photoconductivity of various semiconductor dyes. A consequence of the employment of a structure of such small size is that the technique has several important advantages over others commonly used for photoconductivity measurements. Results are presented for eosine and pinacyanol using the new structure. Meier H, Albrecht W and Tschirwitz U 1972 Angew.
