Comparison of experimental group guidance and individual counseling as facilitators of vocational development.

Abstract: The effects of three treatment procedures on college students' vocational development were investigated. These were: (a) experimental guidancesubjects participated in a 5-week vocational guidance program; (b) individual counseling-subjects received individual counseling; and (c) controlsubjects received no treatment.
