Comparison of Donor-Site Healing under Xeroform and Jelonet Dressings: Unexpected Findings

Abstract: Split-thickness skin grafts remain central to the strategy of burn wound treatment. The dressing used to cover the donor wound site has a significant effect on healing parameters.
