Comparison of Dexmedetomidine and Fentanyl as Adjuvants to Intrathecal Levobupivacaine in Lower Segment Cesarean Section

Abstract: Objective: To determine the effectiveness of dexmedetomidine on the spinal anaesthesia as an adjuvant to the hyperbaric levobupivacaine in patients undergoing cesarean section.
