Abstract: Introduction: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a virus found in the cervix of a sexually active woman. HPV enters micro lesions in the cervical epithelium binds to primary receptors in the membrane layer over time and becomes an invasive cancer. The invasive cancer process takes 5-10 years.
