Comparison of Complete Campylobacter fetus Genomes Derived from Public Repositories

Abstract: Background: Campylobacter fetus(Cf) causes reproductive problems in livestock and infections in immunocompromised individuals. The pathogenesis of Cf can be better understood by using bioinformatics tools to study their genomes.
