Comparison of cattle embryo collection between Ringer’s lactate solution and Dulbecco’s phosphate-buffered saline

Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the efficiency of Ringer's lactate solution (RL) and RL + 1% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and compare them with the efficiency of Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (D-PBS).
