Comparison of Acid and Bile Tolerances, Cholesterol Assimilation, and CLA Production in Probiotic Lactobacillus acidophilus Strains

Abstract: This study aimed to compare the probiotic characteristics of twelve strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus including cholesterol assimilation and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) production.
