Abstract:Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in reducing interpersonal sensitivity and loneliness among adult women diagnosed with depression.
