School sports is the basis for the development of mass sports and competitive sports. It goes without saying that the key to the development of school physical education is school physical education, and the teaching of track and field (TAF) courses occupies an irreplaceable position in students’ growth education. The stepping stone for the cultivation of sports awareness plays a pivotal role in the better healthy growth of students and the improvement of the physical quality of all citizens. As a major gold medalist in the Olympic Games, TAF is welcomed, valued, and popularized by many countries. Especially in colleges and universities, TAF can cultivate the will of college students and the spirit of continuous improvement. The Winter Olympics (WO), adhering to the spiritual concept of overcoming challenges and facing difficulties, embodies the strength of unity and collective. Based on the current situation of TAF teaching in a university, this paper uses data mining technology to analyze the students’ favorite TAF events and their mastery of the WO knowledge and then combines the educational value of the WO spirit to conduct research to explore the teaching significance of the WO spirit to the TAF curriculum.

Rapid Internet use growth and applications of diverse military have managed researchers to develop smart systems to help applications and users achieve the facilities through the provision of required service quality in networks. Any smart technologies offer protection in interactions in dispersed locations such as, e-commerce, mobile networking, telecommunications and management of network. Furthermore, this article proposed on intelligent feature selection methods and intrusion detection (ISTID) organization in webs based on neuron-genetic algorithms, intelligent software agents, genetic algorithms, particulate swarm intelligence and neural networks, rough-set. These techniques were useful to identify and prevent network intrusion to provide Internet safety and improve service value and accuracy, performance and efficiency. Furthermore, new algorithms of intelligent rules-based attributes collection algorithm for efficient function and rules-based improved vector support computer, were proposed in this article, along with a survey into the current smart techniques for intrusion detection systems.

The continuous expansion of the international market makes more people pay attention to learning different languages. As one of the most popular languages, German is favored by scholars. The use of intelligent translation systems to learn German has become the main way of learning. The increasing development of science and technology is accompanied by the emergence of a large number of new German words. The traditional German intelligent translation system has a slow update speed of words and cannot recognize new words, which seriously affects the accuracy of the translation. According to these questions, in this paper, the data mining algorithm is introduced into the German machine intelligent translation system. By evaluating the German machine intelligent translation system using a data mining algorithm in four aspects: translation speed, accuracy rate, recall rate, and user satisfaction, the evaluation results found that the translation speed of the system increased by 4.68%, the accuracy rate increased by 4.2, the recall rate has increased by 3.8%, and the user satisfaction score has increased by 0.825 points. The data mining algorithm can improve the German machine intelligent translation system and users’ interest in learning and promote German education.
