Abstract:Purpose: This study aims to compare the sleep behaviors of young adults with and without exercise addiction.
Setting:
Participants: Volunteers aged 18 to 30 years. The case group consisted of young adults who had exercise addiction (n=280), and the control group consisted of young adults who had no exercise addiction (n=454).
