Comparing Individual DNA Transient Hybridization Kinetics Using DNA-PAINT and Optoplasmonic Sensing techniques

Abstract: We report a comparison of two single-molecule techniques: fluorescence nanoscopy and optoplasmonic sensing. DNA hybridization kinetics on the surface of gold nanorods are measured in both platforms, and a similar dissociation rate is demonstrated.
