Comparing in-service multi-input loads applied on non-stiff components submitted to vibration fatigue to provide specifications for robust design

Abstract: This study focuses on applications from the automotive industry, on mechanical components submitted to vibration loads. On one hand, the characterization of loading for dimensioning new structures in fatigue is enriched and updated by customer data analysis. On the other hand, the loads characterization also aims to provide robust specifications for simulation or physical tests.
