Abstract: The species of Astragalus L. sect. Aegacantha Bunge, occurring in a specific geographical range comprises eighteen species present in Pakistan. The present study was circumscribed seventeen delimiting species within the section with morphological, anatomical and seed macro- and micromorphological characterizations.
