Abstract: Background: There is still a lot of debate, regarding the most effective ways to treat displaced proximal humerus fractures. Numerous xing techniques been developed for proximal humerus fractures (like percutaneous pinning, tension band wiring, screw xation, conventional plate, T buttress plate, locking plate, prosthetic replacement).
