Abstract:Herein, we report the Fe-substituted Co2Sn1 − xFexO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4) inverse spinel’s oxide using the solid-state reaction method. X-ray reveals the single-phase cubic structure with space group Fd3m. With increasing Fe in Co2Sn1 − xFexO4 spinel oxide, the transition temperature rise. The ac susceptibility at different frequencies also confirms a spin-glassy state at lower temperatures.
