Comparative study of the perceptions of Mexican and Colombian employees about managerial and leadership behavioural effectiveness

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this qualitative study is to compare the perceptions of employed people in Mexico and Colombia about managerial and leadership behavioural effectiveness.
