“…They had assessed sedation levels with pregabalin 75 mg, 150 mg and 300 mg against a control group and the highest sedation scores had been reported with Pregabalin 300 mg (p< 0.05). Jadeja et al, in their study, found the sedation scores to be higher in patients who were given pregabalin 150 mg in middle ear surgery [20] .
