Comparative study of postpartum correction of anaemia by iron sucrose vs blood transfusion

Abstract: Aim: The aim of the study is to know whether intravenous iron sucrose can be a better alternative in terms of safety and efficacy over blood transfusion in the treatment of anaemia in post-partum.
