Comparative study of heat storage and transfer system for solar cooking

Abstract: To run the Solar energy appliances, the continuous availability of solar energy is an essential. The Solar appliances are run by using solar energy either from PV cell or solar collector. Both of these devices require continuous solar rays. In order to use the solar energy after sunshine, it requires being stored first and then can be transferred to the appliances.
