Comparative Study of Conventional Planning and MRI Based Volume Optimized Planning of Intracavitary Brachytherapy of Cervical Cancer

Abstract: BACKGROUND Cervical cancer is one of the commonest malignancies among women in India. The main stay of treatment is the combination of External Beam Radiation Therapy (EBRT) and Intracavitary Brachytherapy (ICBT) in these patients.
