Comparative study of classical controllers for LFC of an isolated hybrid distributive generation system

Abstract: In this paper, load frequency control of an isolated hybrid distributive generation (IHDG) following small step load perturbation is analyzed. A powerful quasi-opposition harmony search algorithm has been used for optimization of the controller gains of the studied IHDG model.
