Cosmetics have gained significant popularity in the daily lives of many individuals, who often use a variety of products to enhance their beauty and elegance, with the aim of achieving a youthful and charming appearance. It is safe to say that cosmetics play a crucial role in human life. In recent times, herbal cosmetics have become increasingly popular due to the perception that they offer fewer side effects and are a safer option. [1] Hair is a fundamental aspect of an individual’s identity, and as such, it is crucial to maintain it through the use of various beauty products. In this regard, it is worth nothing that herbal formulations have demonstrated superior efficacy compared to synthetic ones while exhibiting minimal or no side effects. As such, herbal remedies represent a valuable alternative in hair care, especially for individuals with a proclivity for adverse reactions to conventional hair care products. [2] Promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss is a crucial aspect of hair care. Herbal dyes have been a popular choice among individuals, thanks to their minimal side effects and impeccable safety record. Recently, a study was conducted to develop an herbal hair serum using a variety of sauces for general hair treatment. The resultant oil was subjected to a thorough analysis, including assessments of its organoleptic properties, acid value, saponification value, viscosity, pH, and other parameters. Nowadays, cosmetics are becoming more high demand in daily life and it was used frequently by many of people per year. Mankind uses various products to enhance beauty and elegance to look young and charming. Cosmetics thus play a vital role in human life. Now days, herbal cosmetic are widely used because of the belief that they have fewer side effects and better safety. Hair is one of the primary parts of the body which acts as a protective appendage. The main objective of the present work is to develop an herbal hair serum for general purpose (daily use) using various herbs with this evaluate the characteristics of cosmetic serum and to identify the best formulation of cosmetic serum. Three formulations of cosmetic serum (H1, H2 and H3) with different concentration of excipients have been developed. They were evaluated for its physical appearance, pH, homogeneity test, viscosity, spreadability test and stability test. All the parameters were found to be good and within the standards. Current research has revealed that herbal formulations are effective in enhancing hair consistency.

Herbal digestive tablets are meant for treating indigestion problems. The indigestion problem is one of the major problems of all (the) ages of human beings. As trends for eating fast foods is increasing, simultaneously the improper digestion also tends to increase. There are a number of digestive tablets in the market but in attempt to improve their taste the actual motto behind their use is masked. To combat the indigestion problems, in the present study an attempt has been made to formulate, develop and evaluate herbal digestive tablets. The formula of the digestive tablet has been decided after deep review of Ayurvedic formulary of India. The ingredients of this formulation have been procured from authentic sources. The wet granulation method was used to prepare the granules for punching the tablets. After preparation, the herbal digestive tablets were subjected to various pharmaceutical evaluations and quality control evaluations as per the guidelines from World Health Organization (WHO). The formulation was also subjected to antioxidant screening using Phosphomolybdenum method. The digestive tablets are obtained as light brown-colored round tablets with pleasant odour and spicy taste with an average size of 8mm and smooth edges. Maximum extractive value was observed as 34% in methanol with a total ash value of 10.16%. Other parameters reported as bitterness value- 0.69 units, volatile oil content-8%, loss on drying- 12.3%, swelling and foaming index of 0.27 and less than 100 respectively. The tablets showed a total antioxidant potential of 0.51mg/mg as Ascorbic acid equivalent. Tablets also pass various pharmaceutical evaluation parameters like hardness, friability, weight variation, and disintegration test. Herbal digestive tablets have very excellent taste due to less bitter drugs. The tablet formula can be applied to prepare large scale production of digestive tablets.
