Comparative single-nucleus RNA-seq analysis captures shared and distinct responses to beneficial and pathogenic microbes in roots

Abstract: Distinguishing and differentially responding to beneficial and pathogenic microbes are fundamental for plants to maintain microbiome homeostasis and promoting plant fitness.
