Comparative proteomic analysis of vancomycin-sensitive and vancomycin-intermediate resistant S. aureus

Abstract: The extensive use of vancomycin has led to the development of MRSA ( methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus ) strains with varying degrees of resistance to vancomycin.
