Comparative evaluation of fracture resistance and failure modes in endodontically treated molars restored with zirconia endocrown and onlays

Abstract: Introduction: Developments in dental materials, CAD/CAM technologies and adhesive dentistry have improved the application of conservative restorations such as endocrowns and onlays.
