Comparative evaluation between conventional endodontic therapy and a non-instrumental technique

Abstract: Aim: Dental pulp necrosis is a complication caused mainly by dental caries and lesions. No consensus has been reached on the best technique and materials for endodontic treatment in the primary dentition.
