Comparative Evaluation and Ranking of the European Countries Based on the Interdependence between Human Development and Internal Security Indicators

Abstract: New solutions and techniques for developing country policies are used under real conditions. The present study aims to propose a new approach for evaluating and ranking the European countries by using the interrelation between two groups of criteria, associated with the Human Development Index (HDI) and the World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI).
